JobRoller uses custom taxonomies (new in WordPress 3.0) to manage job categories and job tags. This keeps everything related to your jobs completely separate from your blog posts which makes things much easier to manage.

Setup Job Categories

• Login to your WordPress admin area.
• In the admin sidebar, click on the following menus: “Jobs” => “Job Categories”.
• Go through and create new categories one by one
