On December 8th, 2011, JobRoller 1.5.2 was released. This is a maintenance release and addresses a handful of bugs. Upgrading is recommended for all 1.5 customers. Fixed 14 tickets total. A breakdown of tickets can be found below.
The most notable change is with language (.mo) files. If you use JobRoller in any language besides English, this affects you. The .mo file must be renamed and relocated to a new folder. So instead of placing the .mo file in /wp-content/themes/jobroller/ it should go in /wp-content/languages/themes/.

Upgrade Information
Now you can automatically upgrade directly from your WordPress admin. Under “Appearance” => “Themes”, you’ll see an upgrade link next to JobRoller. If you don’t, check back later. The AppThemes upgrade check API runs twice a day. It’s important to note that using this auto updater will overwrite any custom coding done to the theme. Customers who have made theme code changes will need to manually upgrade instead.

- Issue with single resume visibility settings being ignored
- Issue with posted job data disappearing when returning to previous page using the “Go Back” button
- Issue where the location ‘Anywhere’ would not show up on job listings or the single job page
- Issue with duplicated fields in Skills & Specialities on the add new resume page, using IE
- Issue with the user “Dashboard” being ‘broken’ when using Jobroller 1.5 with WordPress 3.3 Beta
- Issue where the word “Go” would appear over the magnifying glass image on the “Browse Resumes” page
Changes
- Indeed listings are now loaded asynchronously to improve page loading speeds
- ‘Desired Salary’ currency on Resumes now uses the payment settings
- Displayed jobs remaining days are now rounded to the next highest day value. e.g: 0,5 days = 1 days left, instead of 0,5 days = 0 days left
- Changed Google Maps API to return City names for Countries that do not return valid States
- Integration with new AppThemes framework
- Language .mo files should be placed in a ‘languages’ folder in ‘wp-content’ instead of inside the ‘jobroller’ folder
