Once you become a seller, you will have a direct communication channel open with us and every other seller. We’re always open to suggestions and your feedback on how we can improve the Marketplace for you.

Internal Channel

All sellers get exclusive access to our P2 website where all sellers can interact and share ideas together. This is the main channel for AppThemes to sellers communication. Early announcements for upcoming sales, features, etc are always made here before we share with the public.

Private Channel

We can always be reached directly via email and/or Skype if you’ve got something private you’d like to discuss. We’re a small enough shop where you don’t need to log a request and wait for someone from “the team” to get back to you.
